Performs production duties as assigned by Shift Supervisor including, but not limited to, the following: Color/ product changes, pattern belt changes, assisting with cover belt installation/ removal, backing changes, stapling on at accumulator, cutting rubber for BRMB production, cutting samples, and checking pig weights. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by Production Supervisor including, but not limited to, the following: plant wide cleanup, painting, or other plant safety work assignments, company grounds trash pickup, and snow removal off sidewalks and steps.
