This is a working manager role: the RPM performs client compliance inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and on-site EH&S training while also managing the regional book of business, client relationships, scheduling, subcontractors, and quality of deliverables. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Frequent walking and standing on industrial sites, including outdoor areas, shop floors, loading docks, and container storage areas; ability to climb stairs and ladders and lift up to 40 pounds.
