The role provides oversight of all real estate activities, including site options, lease and sublease negotiations, renewals, dispositions, portfolio optimization, and transaction management, ensuring alignment with the company's operational, financial, and long-term network strategy. Serve as the primary relationship manager for the company's outsourced real estate brokerage partner, providing strategic direction, establishing priorities, monitoring performance, and overseeing site searches, market intelligence, transaction support, portfolio reporting, and real estate alternatives.
