In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. Previous veterinary experience is highly desired but not a requirement, and candidates with knowledge of veterinary terminology, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain organized under pressure will thrive in this role.
