Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle AP/AR operations across multiple properties Manage tenant billings and tenant ledger reconciliations Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations Handle CAM reconciliations and Triple Net charge reconciliations Assist with annual operating budgets, cash flow monitoring, and owner distributions Maintain accurate general ledger activity and proper account coding Coordinate year-end reporting and work alongside external tax accountants Partner closely with property management and ownership on financial reporting and operational support Qualifications 2+ years of real estate/property accounting experience required Experience with commercial property accounting, tenant ledgers, CAM reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting Experience with Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, QuickBooks, or similar property accounting software strongly preferred Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Ability to work independently and thrive in a hands-on environment Interested in hearing more?
