This position will work closely with the Inside Sales and Renewal Sales teams to support customer accounts throughout the sales and renewal cycle, ensuring timely processing of service renewals, accurate documentation, and effective customer communication. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to support revenue generation through accurate product and service order entry, sales documentation, account reconciliation, invoice research, reporting, and task management.
