Serving as a trusted talent advisor to our C-Suite and Executive business partners, you will own full lifecycle recruiting across key non-technical and commercial functions, including Finance, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Work Location Expectation: Local candidates based near our Devens, MA facility will work on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week onsite) to foster close in-person collaboration with hiring managers and team leaders.
