Perform comprehensive assessments, monitoring, documentation, and care planning for a variety of diagnoses (e.g., infection, pneumonia, CHF, UTI, GI bleed, trauma, AMS/failure to thrive) . Provide Med/Surg nursing care for a 28-bed unit serving primarily geriatric patients (65+) , with overflow medical/surgical patients as needed .
