The incumbent will design and execute studies using a comprehensive and integrative experimental approach that includes pressure myography, Ca2+ imaging, advanced microscopy, flow cytometry, genetic approaches, cell culture, molecular biology, luminescence-based assays, ELISA, Western blotting, enzyme activity assays, immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry, biophysical analyses of ligand–receptor interactions, blood pressure analysis, as well as in silico modeling and molecular dynamics simulations. Required Qualifications: A PhD in Pharmacology, Physiology, Molecular Biology, or a closely related biomedical discipline and a minimum of three years of postdoctoral experience demonstrating the ability to conduct independent research and contribute to the development and direction of an established research program are required.
