Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field.10+ years of progressive maintenance and facilities experience within a manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years leading supervisors, skilled trades, engineers, or maintenance professionals. Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), CMMS systems, industrial electrical and mechanical systems, automation and PLC-based equipment, root cause analysis, and Lean or continuous improvement methods.
