Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant project-management experience, preferably supporting federal Government, Department of Defense, IT, C4ISR/C4I, ICT, telecommunications, or technical infrastructure programs; or an equivalent combination of relevant education, professional certification, military service, and progressively responsible experience. The PM provides cross-functional leadership across geographically dispersed and virtual teams and coordinates project activities involving Information Technology (IT), C4ISR/C4I, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure, network, desktop deployment, logistics, engineering, quality, safety, cybersecurity, procurement, and other functional disciplines.
