Based in Portland Oregon, we work primarily in the 11-western states with regional offices in Reno, NV; Phoenix, AZ; Los Angeles, CA; Concord, CA; Boise, ID; Amarillo, TX; and Salt Lake City, UT.As a recruiter at Harder Mechanical, you will oversee with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for positions across multiple departments, including safety, quality control, CAD/VDC, and other areas as needed. Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, identify qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions.
