This role oversees day-to-day student account activities, ensures accurate and timely billing, enforces collection policies, supervises staff, and helps develop and maintain policies and controls that align with institutional and NACUBO best practices. Consultants must be able to fill interim positions for a diverse group of schools, with direct knowledge of complex compliance issues, including but not limited to knowledge of Title IV Financial Aid programs, Cash Reconciliation, and 1098T processing and submission.
