Additionally, the position delivers proactive 1:1 academic advising, onboarding, and retention support using PeopleSoft to guide active duty, veteran, and dependent students toward degree completion, while coordinating office workflow, providing support to part-time and work-study staff, conducting training workshops, and contributing to special projects. Advises active duty, veteran, and veteran-dependent students on goal setting, degree and certificate options, transfer pathways, course selection, testing, registration, academic progress, and satisfactory progress toward completion using PeopleSoft and other technology.
