While the role works most closely with Middle and Upper School students, the Dean serves as a visible and engaged presence across all divisions, promoting a positive, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate student experience. As a member of the school’s leadership team, the Dean of Students partners with division leaders, counselors, faculty, and families to support student conduct, social-emotional development, and community life.
