Plan for and draft intervention plans to support individual student needs and ensure progress toward social-emotional, and academic outcomes, in collaboration with the Student Support Team and service providers, including attending Multi-Tier System of Support (MTSS) / Student Services Team (SST) / Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings. • Execute intervention plans (including Tier 2, Tier 3, 504, BIP, IEP) designed in collaboration with the Student Support Team for students based on teacher observations and recordkeeping, normed progress monitoring and benchmarking results, and school-wide assessments.
