POSITION: Long Term Substitute Middle School Technology Instructor REPORTS TO: Building Principal/Assistant Building Principal or Designee EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Temporary, FLSA Exempt QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree Valid Ohio Certification/Licensure by the State of Ohio, Department of Education to instruct in his/her area of professional competency and/or assignment Valid Ohio Driver's License Must pass criminal background check Position Purpose Under the general supervision of the School Principal, to develop students' skills and competence in business and industry, technical skills, the use of technology, and the ability to problem solve in a wide variety of settings. Develops lesson plans and instructional materials, and utilizes appropriate equipment for subject area; translates lesson plans into learning experiences to develop pertinent sequential assignments, challenge students, and best utilize the available time for instruction.
