STV is currently seeking a Land Development Civil Engineering Specialist for its Buildings group in Owings Mills, MD, which is currently the civil engineer of record for such high-profile projects as Harborplace and Baltimore Peninsula in Baltimore, MD. The candidate will collaborate on a wide variety of projects including conceptual master plans, schools, mixed-use, office buildings, industrial buildings, housing/apartment projects, commercial buildings, and civil/site structures.
