The Commissioning Training Specialist will support commissioning Leads, Specialists, Technicians, subcontractors, clients, and other team members through structured onboarding, blended learning, hands-on labs, competency assessments, and field coaching across electrical, mechanical, controls, energy storage, and related mission-critical systems. Create engaging learning resources, including presentations, instructor guides, participant manuals, videos, e-learning modules, simulations, hands-on labs, checklists, job aids, work methods, schematics, and technical documentation.
