All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.The Referral Specialist will be responsible for efficiently managing all incoming referrals to ensure clients have timely access to behavioral health services. This role performs detailed data entry within the electronic health record system, verifies insurance coverage, schedules intake appointments, and communicates effectively with clients, providers, and internal teams. The Referral Specialist plays a key role in supporting continuity of care by tracking referral outcomes, returning calls promptly, and ensuring that clients are connected with appropriate services based on their needs, insurance, and location. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to navigate multiple software systems in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. The pay range for this position is $22.93 - $25.38 based on experience, education, and/or licensure: Essential Functions: <ul><li>Process incoming referrals efficiently and accurately in the electronic health record system </li><li>Perform detailed data entry, including demographics, contact information, referral details, emergency contacts, and payer information </li><li>Schedule intake appointments based on staff availability and client needs </li><li>Verify insurance coverage at the time of intake and prior to scheduled appointments </li><li>Maintain an up-to-date understanding of internal referral processes and county-based service pathways </li><li>Respond to phone calls with professionalism and empathy, directing inquiries or taking messages as appropriate </li><li>Answer referral phone line and promptly return voicemails </li><li>Collaborate with intake and access staff to ensure referral loop closure and continuity of care </li><li>Track referral outcomes and follow up to ensure continuity of care </li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to explain referral processes, provide support, and reduce barriers to accessing care </li><li>Assess client needs and identify appropriate behavioral health providers based on insurance coverage, geographic location, and specialty needs </li><li>Travel within designated service area  </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul>Minimum Requirements: Education/Licensure: <ul><li>High school degree or GED equivalent is required </li></ul>Experience: <ul><li>Three years of experience working in a medical referral position and/or nonprofit administrative management environment required </li></ul>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: <ul><li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written is required </li><li>Excellent organizational skills are required </li><li>Ability to use appropriate databases, spreadsheets, and other software </li><li>Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions is required </li><li>A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required </li><li>An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required </li><li>Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required </li><li>Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is required </li><li>Ability to maintain high-speed internet connection is required </li></ul>Physical Requirements:  <ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer is required </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times is required </li></ul>Enjoy a great work environment with an excellent salary, generous paid time off, and a strong benefits package!Benefits include:<ul><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>Short-term Disability</li><li>Long-term Disability</li><li>401K w/ Employer Match</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides support and resources to help you and your family with a range of issues.</li></ul>To learn more about our organization: <a href="https://integratedservice.org/" rel="nofollow">https://ISBH.org/</a>OUR MISSION

A Dispatcher is required to communicate with drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route. Furthermore, handling incoming service orders, directs drivers, and resolves service issues. Interacts with customers, including customer service, sales, and operational staff. The dispatcher will uses GFL proprietary software to enter ticket information and track productivity. Key Responsibilities: • Schedule service and satisfy customer needs for service changes. Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established policies. • Dispatch calls to routes based upon designated route and driver location. • Perform driver check-ins at day's end to ensure complete and accurate paperwork completion. • Distribute, collect and review route sheets for proper days end data entry. • Ensure coordination with other departments, clarifying roles and responsibilities for resolving service issues. • May perform some additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.] • Interacts with customers, customer service department, sales, & Operations staff reporting to Operations Manager. • Works with routing specialists to optimize routes. • Fields incoming calls / emails from customers. • Trouble shoots and resolves potential delivery and pickup problems before they result in service issues. • Assists in determining daily level of driver staffing to provide best mix of responsiveness and productivity. • Records and document information from drivers and distributes to appropriate departments. • Communicates with maintenance shop personnel. • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via email, telephone and two way devices. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: • Completion of high school. Post-secondary courses or diploma would be considered an asset. • 1-2 years in a transportation, dispatch or customer service role required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer focus. • Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks. • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word. • Knowledge of industry an asset. • Advanced skill level with software applications and word processing accuracy including adequate typing speed. • Required to work extended hours including occasional weekends. • Possess TRUX experience but not mandatory, if not possess desire and ability to learn TRUX system, needs to possess advanced computer skills. • Additional or specialized training in transportation, logistics, or similar area of study; customer service experience in a call center environment. #GFLTalent We thank you for your interest.
