Must have some knowledge in heat loss/gain calculations, equipment selection, piping design, pump design, chillers, cooling towers, TES tanks, sand filters, air compressors, high-pressure steam boilers, steam manhole and steam expansion loop design, etc. A minimum of 10 years progressively responsible experience in the operation and maintenance of central chilled water facilities, central steam facilities, and steam distribution systems, with at least five (5) of those years in an Engineer I or equivalent.
