The VP of Engineering will partner closely with the CTO, Director of Product, and executive team to translate Dusty's product and technology strategy into reliable execution across a multidisciplinary engineering organization spanning robotics, software, firmware, electrical, mechanical, cloud, AI, and related technologies. The VP of Engineering will drive the adoption of AI tools and practices across the engineering organization in how we design, write, review, and test code, in how we document and share knowledge, and in how hardware and software teams work day to day with clear judgment about where AI creates real leverage and where it does not.
