As Digital Content evolves toward a more editorial and narrative-driven function, this role serves as the systems and publishing backbone of whitney.org, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, performance, and reliability across the Museum's most visible and mission-critical digital surfaces. This role translates editorial priorities and institutional requirements into well-structured, accurate, and user-centered digital experiences, and serves as the primary liaison between Digital Content and Digital Development, and to external web vendors.
