The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner - Manufacturing & Operations serves as a trusted partner to senior operations leaders while helping shape the talent, organization, and leadership capabilities needed to support Pharmavite's manufacturing and operations teams across Valencia A, Valencia W, and San Fernando. Ensure strong HR execution, team management and cross-functional partnership across HR processes, compliance, documentation, site support, and manufacturing-specific requirements such as safety, cGMP, quality, and site protocols, working closely with HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, Compliance, and People Operations.
