This role focuses on providing hands-on leadership for facility management processes, commissioning management, and operational project readiness, ensuring that building systems are fully functional, reliable, and aligned with project requirements. The MEP Superintendent leads the technical delivery, coordination, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire (MEPF) systems across complex commercial construction projects.
