Location & Work Type Location: Los Angeles, CA or Remote Work Type: Remote (Preference for PST hours) Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end onboarding for third-party resources across tools, systems, and workflows Partner with vendor operations, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding Maintain onboarding checklists, documentation, and process consistency Maintain contractor and vendor data across systems (primarily Airtable) Ensure high data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all records Audit, clean, and reconcile data regularly to prevent discrepancies Support reporting needs by extracting and organizing data for stakeholders Identify inefficiencies in onboarding and vendor operations workflows and recommend improvements Assist in scaling processes as new vendor types, teams, and use cases are introduced Coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, and Technology teams to support vendor lifecycle activities Track onboarding status and proactively communicate updates or blockers Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Required: Hands-on Airtable experience (required) – ability to manage bases, structure data, and support workflows Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity Experience supporting onboarding, operations, or administrative workflows in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (data tracking, filtering, basic reporting) Strong organizational and communication skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent trade experience such as a Financial or Business degree.
