Serve as the primary payroll subject matter expert and point of contact for employees, managers, Human Resources, Finance, payroll vendors, and government agencies by researching, resolving, and communicating payroll-related inquiries while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Support payroll technology and transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, testing, implementations, integrations, and cross-functional projects in partnership with HRIS, Information Technology, payroll vendors, and other stakeholders to continuously evolve Novus' payroll function and support Global HR COE objectives.
