Responsibilities for customer service are but not limited to the following: Client account & policy servicing, appointment scheduling, cross-selling considerations, payment posting, retention assistance, in-bound & out-bound phone calls, email correspondence, client follow up, new business/existing business quoting, daily past due & cancellation tracking, and assisting with assigned tasks as delegated by agent. Post employment reimbursement programs are available for Life/Health class & exam authority fees per contract specifications that will be provided at the time of final stages of the interview process.
