Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, with leadership experienceStrong knowledge of medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and payer systemsExperience with EHR/RCM software (e.g., Epic, Cerner)Familiarity with insurance guidelines and reimbursement methodologies.
