Provides leadership and oversight for operational strategies across all nursing services including, but not limited to, Medical/Surgical Units, Emergency Department, Surgical Services, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and associated Clinics. The Administrative Director is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care and related services, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
