The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years’ experience in residential maintenance, at least 2 years’ experience as a lead/supervisor, experience with unit turns, appliance repairs, plumbing issues, have knowledge of basic maintenance, be self-motivated, be able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day and is self-sufficient. Responsible for setting scope, technical specifications, budget tracking, schedule, material and equipment requirements, subcontractor/vendor bidding and management, and overall planning and execution of cost-effective facility and maintenance projects.
