For the GS-13 position, Specialized experience is defined as: Experience providing financial or budgetary advisory services, such as identifying, analyzing, or resolving complex budgetary issues for an organization; or experience providing advisory support across the budget lifecycle, including planning, programming, formulation, justification, presentation, or execution. For the GS-11 position, Specialized experience is defined as: Experience supporting financial or budget administration services, such as planning, programming, budget formulation, justification, presentation, monitoring, or execution; or experience monitoring, researching, or analyzing financial or budgetary data to ensure accuracy or identify trends or discrepancies.
