Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Science• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience on complex construction projects• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities under pressure• Demonstrated experience in estimating and pricing• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work on-site/in-office; this role is not remote• Ability to traverse active construction sites, climb ladders or temporary stairs, conduct visual inspections, and perform regular site walks to ensure quality and safety• Ability to work in environments that may include noise, vibration, outdoor weather conditions, mechanical movement, and construction-related hazards.
