Prior to beginning coaching duties, the successful candidate must meet all applicable Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW), Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA), and Bowling Green City Schools requirements for coaches, including required pupil activity credentials/validation and training. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and will work collaboratively with student-athletes, coaches, school staff, families, and the Athletic Department.
