Field responsibilities include performing walk-downs at active construction, industrial, or operational sites; walking on uneven surfaces (gravel, dirt, concrete, steel grating, scaffolding); climbing stairs, ladders, and scaffolding; working at heights and in confined spaces; and wearing required PPE (hard hats, safety glasses, steel toe boots, gloves, hearing protection, fall protection, respirators, etc.). Oversee or directly perform key activities such as owner permitting, contracting with consultants and contractors, negotiations and contractual agreements, utility interconnections (natural gas, power, water, sanitary, internet, etc.), land or land rights acquisition, estimating, bidding, equipment procurement, logistics, and material transport.
