The Sr Billing Specialist owns the billing process end to end for IML division — entering Shipper BOL data into Truckmate, creating D/Rs, and producing, printing, auditing, and troubleshooting customer invoices — while partnering with Sales, IT, Pricing, Collections, and Customer Service to resolve billing issues. SKILLS: 95% of the biller's time is spent using the computer screen, keyboard, and mouse to enter data into either the Truckmate system or Synergize (Scanning system).
