The IT Intern is responsible for supporting the Infrastructure Services team across core IT service areas including hosting, network, field services, IT service management (ITSM), conference room technology, end-user support, and endpoint device support. Support field services and end-user endpoint device activities by helping track laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, site support needs, device lifecycle data, printer information, and follow-up actions with support teams.
