Additional duties include assisting with annual budget preparation, monitoring expenditures to ensure compliance with budget limits, reconciling monthly account transactions, preparing year‑end reports, and supporting departmental operations through customer service assistance, spreadsheet maintenance, verification and approval of financial transactions, and attestation to the accuracy of deposits. Responsibilities include managing the payment of departmental expenses using OK Corral and Pcard for freight, postage, maintenance contracts, and supplies; receiving, reconciling, auditing, and approving carrier invoices; and purchasing departmental supplies.
