Establishes monitoring systems for equipment, supplies, processing, polices, procedures, training and developing programs, employee competency and compliance to regulatory bodies including compliance plan, ICD, CPT coding, Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) for Phlebotomy, Registration, Billing and Processing. · Develops and implements communication plans concerning courier services, specimen collection/phlebotomy, policy changes, new procedures, patient results, ordering, normal values, and laboratory hours of operation to laboratory staff, nursing units and clients .
