This position serves as a technical and analytical expert within the Engagement & Associate Experience team—developing data-informed insights, building dashboards, and presenting findings that drive strategies, workforce planning, and cultural development. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to apply computer skills to perform data analysis, graphics, spreadsheets and database management.
