Operations Management: Oversees and directs human resources for over 100 staff, including but not limited to evaluating and overseeing all benefits negotiations to allow SourcePoint employees the most competitive packages; recruitment strategies that attract the most qualified and diverse candidates to the organization; ensures all SourcePoint personnel and volunteer policies maintain compliance with Federal, State, and local laws, funding and tax- and benefit-related filing requirements, and meet industry best practices. Exercises good judgment in decision-making, and effective and professional communication with both internal and external customers, including, but not limited to, elected officials, county, state, and independent auditors, county treasurer, banking officials, investment personnel, funding sources, grantees, contractors, vendors, clients, and the general public; and may guide larger multidisciplinary teams outside of the direct span of control.
