A minimum of five (5) years of experience and demonstrated knowledge of HMMS, HMIRS, and DSS supporting HMMS as a DoD ACAT III IT development program, including program management, systems engineering, functional/technical quality, cost analysis, and configuration-management assessments or audits. Prepare and update lifecycle and technical documentation, including DoD 5000-series artifacts, RMF documents, interface agreements, plans, manuals, job aids, and change or firewall requests.
