Driver Helpers work alongside Non-CDL Drivers to provide an excellent customer experience.Roles & Responsibilities<ul><li>Off-Site Pick-up Services at Customer Locations</li><li>Packaging computer devices into boxes and gaylords</li><li>Securing product for shipping (palletizing & shrink wrapping)</li><li>Some travel will require flights (nationwide service)</li><li>Some travel will require overnight hotel stays</li><li>Loading pallets onto lift gate trucks using a pallet jack</li><li>Completing all necessary documentation at customer sites</li><li>Addressing customer questions at the pick-up site</li><li>Assist with delivery of product to local vendors</li><li>Work with a team</li><li>Drive company vehicles within the state of Wisconsin</li><li>Work in warehouse when not assigned to pick-ups</li></ul>Key Skills & Qualifications<ul><li>Must hold a valid drivers license</li><li>Must complete a physical</li><li>Must complete background check</li><li>Must be able to provide clean motor vehicle record upon job offer</li><li>Must have an open and flexible schedule for pickup dates</li><li>Exceptional customer service, communication and time management skills</li><li>Able to lift 50 pounds</li><li>Must be 18 years or older</li></ul>

Job OverviewThe General Laborer/Machine Operator is responsible for some general labor as well as learning how to operate machinery and equipment under supervision, following instructions and safety guidelines to produce components or finished products.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist machine operators in setting up and adjusting machinery according to production requirements.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs on machinery, to ensure smooth operation.</li><li>Monitor machines during operation, reporting any malfunctions or abnormalities to supervisors and assisting in troubleshooting as needed.</li><li>Handle materials and products, including loading and unloading raw materials, operating material handling equipment, and moving finished goods to designated areas.</li><li>Participate in assembly, packaging, and labeling of products, following standard operating procedures and quality standards.</li><li>Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections, reporting any issues to supervisors and assisting in quality control efforts.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and injuries.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including workstations, production areas, and storage areas.</li><li>Assist in other tasks as assigned by supervisors, including general labor duties such as sweeping, cleaning, and organizing materials.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.</li><li>Basic knowledge of machine operation principles and procedures, with a willingness to learn and be trained on specific machinery.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively with coworkers, and communicate effectively with supervisors.</li><li>Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.</li><li>Flexibility to work in different areas of the manufacturing facility and adapt to changing priorities and tasks.</li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate machinery and perform tasks requiring precision.</li><li>Stamina and endurance to work in a physically demanding environment.</li><li>Good vision and hearing to detect equipment malfunctions and respond promptly.</li></ul>
