Job Duties/Responsibilities: Develop recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to identify and implement new methods for sourcing candidates and generating new leads Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare positions including nursing, clinical and administrative staff Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees to bring top talent into our organization Facilitate the pre-boarding and on-boarding processes, working closely with the HR Teams to ensure a smooth transition to New Hire Orientation Job Summary: The Healthcare Recruiter- is responsible for implementing recruitment with special emphasis on well-qualified, values centered, diverse pool of candidates. Operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient facilities and ambulatory care access points, an insurance offering, a physician network and various related services located all over the U.S. States, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.
