Assist in planning, implementing, and managing services for CHASSE students; Oversee the transfer process of incoming CHASSE students and aid in the transfer of credits, articulation issues, and understanding university/program requirements; Provide academic support and intervention where needed to prospective, incoming, and current CHASSE students and connect students with appropriate UA Little Rock advisors, resources, and services. This position will provide academic, major/career, and personal support to students; interpret academic transfer articulation, keep thorough student records; monitor students' retention and major declaration progress; coordinate with various UA Little Rock constituents; participate in recruitment and outreach initiatives; and collaborate with the Director of Student Services to collect and report advising data.
