Participate in daily station, apparatus, and equipment inspections while maintaining readiness of assigned apparatus, quarters, PPE, SCBA, hose, appliances, and related equipment; perform routine station maintenance and housekeeping, report deficiencies, and complete minor maintenance and work orders to ensure a safe, clean, and operational environment. Respond to fires, medical emergencies, rescues, hazardous conditions, and other emergency incidents; perform assigned suppression, rescue, EMS, scene support, and mitigation functions in accordance with department procedures, certification level, and applicable protocols.
