Collaborate with the Executive Director, Finance Director, and Leadership Team to identify funding opportunities and develop, monitor, and manage program goals, grants, work plans, outcomes, reporting requirements, and budgets, ensuring compliance and responsible use of organizational and grant resources. As the Independent Living (IL) Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and developing IL staff; ensuring high-quality, consumer-directed service delivery; maintaining compliance with grant, regulatory, and agency requirements; and planning for the continued growth and development of IL programs.
