The role leads integrated medication-access services in partnership with physician practices, including benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, patient onboarding, refill coordination, clinical monitoring, and safe delivery of medications to patients and authorized sites of care such as infusion centers and home-infusion programs. Oversees safe, accurate, and timely delivery to patients and approved sites of care, including delivery scheduling, chain-of-custody, temperature-controlled packaging, shipment tracking, failed-delivery and excursion response, product integrity, coordination with administration appointments, and documentation of receipt.
