Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including, but not limited to, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen • Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes • Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations • Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food. • Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time • ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
