Performs a variety of food service duties including cleaning and sanitizing soiled service ware and equipment in both the kitchen and cafeteria, setting up hot food workstation, assembling patient food trays, delivering floor stock and other related duties. What you will do: Assumes a variety of tray assembly positions on patient tray line including caller, dairy, toast, hot food, soup, salad/dessert, and beverage position.
